LJW's lawyers work together to solve the complex legal questions presented by our clients. A large portion of LJW's practice is the representation of insurance companies in their most demanding matters. LJW provides advice and counseling to insurers and reinsurers on challenging legal issues. LJW also litigates complex coverage and "bad faith" issues in state and federal courts across the country. In addition, LJW has a general commercial litigation practice representing companies in other industries at both the trial and appellate levels. For more information on the specific focuses of LJW's practice, please see the "Our Practice" page.
Because of LJW's small size and character, every attorney has the opportunity to be actively involved in all aspects of the firm's practice. From researching and analyzing multifaceted issues in the office to presenting evidence and argument in the courtroom, LJW lawyers work as a team to deliver the highest quality work to our clients.
LJW is dedicated to providing the highest quality legal service to our clients. This requires hard work. We also believe however that we will produce the best results in an atmosphere that is both personally and professionally rewarding to our attorneys. To this end, LJW strives to maintain a culture that allows all of our professionals to balance rewarding legal work and commitments beyond the law to family, friends, and community.
LJW offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and eye care benefits, disability insurance, vacation, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
