LJW's lawyers work together to solve the complex legal questions presented by the firm’s clients. A large portion of LJW's practice is the representation of insurance companies in their most demanding matters. LJW provides advice and counseling to insurers and reinsurers on challenging legal issues. LJW also litigates complex coverage and "bad faith" issues in state and federal courts across the country. In addition, LJW has a general commercial litigation practice representing companies in other industries at both the trial and appellate levels. ATTORNEYS

Although LJW has an extremely limited number of openings for attorneys in any given year, the firm welcomes employment inquiries from experienced lawyers looking for a new opportunity. Successful applicants generally will have been near the top of their law school class or possess significant professional experience demonstrating superior analytic and communication abilities. In addition, they must demonstrate initiative, adaptability, good judgment, a sense of humor, and a sincere interest in the professional and personal aspects of employment at our firm.
