Harry Tashjian joined Thompson, Loss & Judge, LLP in 2010. Mr. Tashjian focuses his practice on insurance coverage litigation and counseling.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tashjian practiced at Richards Layton & Finger P.A. in Wilmington, Delaware where he focused his practice on the representation of corporations, directors and alternative entities in litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court. Mr. Tashjian is experienced in matters involving corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duties, contractual disputes, and other complex commercial disputes.
