Our Lawyers April H. Gassler April Gassler joined Thompson, Loss & Judge, LLP, as an associate in 2007. The focus of her practice is counseling TLJ’s insurance industry clients on complex coverage issues arising from commercial general liability, directors & officers liability, and other types of professional liability insurance policies, as well as representing those clients in insurance coverage and “bad faith” litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country. She also participates in TLJ's pro bono program and has successfully represented mentally and physically disabled clients seeking benefits through the Social Security Administration. Prior to joining Thompson, Loss & Judge, Ms. Gassler practiced at a Washington, DC law firm providing litigation and counseling services to the financial services and insurance industries. Her national practice included complex commercial litigation and class action defense, at both the trial and appellate level.
